Official Lee County criminal records must be requested from the office that created or maintains them. The Sheriff's Office holds its own reports and jail files, while the County Clerk and District Clerk keep different court cases. Texas DPS controls statewide criminal-history records. The contacts below route each request to its government custodian; this private site does not receive filings or issue records.

This Is Not a Government Office. This private reference site cannot retrieve criminal records, conduct official checks, correct or remove a government record, or accept an expunction filing. Only the proper public office can perform those tasks.

  • Police incident reports: request the record from the town police department or Sheriff's Office whose officer created it
